The No. 1 North Carolina field hockey team (12-0, ACC 5-0) survived Old Dominion (9-5) 3-1 on Sunday afternoon at Karen Shelton Stadium to stay undefeated. 
No. 4 field hockey wins on Senior Day with a 1-0 shutout

Closing out their home campaign, No. 4 Virginia field hockey celebrated its eight seniors Sunday at the last home game of the season against Miami (Ohio). The Cavaliers (12-2, 5-1 ACC) previously bounced back from a loss at home last week with a gritty shootout win against No. 11 Syracuse, and continued their momentum towards a deep postseason run. Virginia held the RedHawks (8-7, 5-1 Mid-American) scoreless throughout the match to earn a hard fought 1-0 win.
No. 8 Maryland field hockey tops No. 7 Michigan, 2-0, in low-scoring battle

Scoring penalty corner goals has become habitual for No. 8 Maryland field hockey in recent weeks. It continued that trend against No. 7 Michigan on Sunday.

With the sun shining down on The Plex Sunday, No. 8 Maryland field hockey took down another ranked team, beating No. 7 Michigan, 2-0. Goals from Hope Rose and Josie Hollamon helped the Terps earn their 10th win of the season.

No. 2 Northwestern continued its best start to a season in program history this weekend, taking down Stanford 7-0 and UC Davis 11-1.
OT Heartbreak for Spartans at PSU, 2-1
East Lansing, Mich. - Michigan State fell in heartbreaking fashion at No. 16 Penn State on Sunday, as Ella Jennes scored with just 32 seconds remaining in the first overtime period for a 2-1 victory for the homestanding Nittany Lions.

Minutewomen Drop Narrow 1-0 Game To No. 5 UConn
STORRS, Conn. -- No. 14 Massachusetts (12-4, 5-0 A-10) made nine stops on defensive penalty corners, but dropped a narrow 1-0 game to No. 5 UConn (13-2, 4-1 Big East) on Sunday at George J. Sherman Family Sports Complex. 
Dragons Fall to No. 6 Saint Joseph's, 4-0
PHILADELPHIA– Drexel had its nine-game winning streak come to an end on Sunday afternoon at Saint Joseph's 4-0. The Hawks, who came into the game ranked sixth in the nation, scored a goal in each quarter as they improved to 13-2. With the loss, the Dragons dropped their first game in more than a month and are now 11-4 this season.
Stanford Downs Indiana to Close Road Trip

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Stanford field hockey ended its final road trip of the regular season in thrilling fashion, defeating Indiana, 2-1, on Sunday at Deborah Tobias Field. Stanford improves to 6-8 this season with the result, including a 6-2 mark in non-conference action.

Through the first three-quarters of Temple’s game against Lafayette Sunday, the Owls’ offense was at a standstill. Temple was hoping to extend its historic win streak to eight games but had not found the back of the net and was in a one-goal hole entering the final quarter of play.

The Scarlet Knights took down No. 3 Ohio State for a 1-0 victory, doing so in front of the largest crowd of the season, with the program energized by a large group of alumni who joined the team on Homecoming Weekend for the pregame walkout.

Ohio (5-9, 2-4 Mid-American Conference) hosted Kent State (5-10, 4-2 MAC) and looked to pick up back-to-back wins in the MAC after a win against Bellarmine last week. The Bobcats were left in shock after Kent State won by a goal in overtime. 
JMU Field Hockey falls in overtime to Wake Forest, 3-2

The No. 14 Massachusetts field hockey team lost to No. 5 UConn, 1-0 in a defensive struggle Sunday afternoon in Storrs, CT. The Minutewomen’s (12-4, 5-0 Atlantic 10) win streak ended at five games, while the Huskies (13-2, 4-1 Big East) remain undefeated at home.
Crump equalizes late, but field hockey drops 2-1 decision at Towson
TOWSON, Md. – Anna Crump scored her team-leading fifth goal of the season with just under four minutes remaining against Towson Sunday afternoon, but the Bellarmine field hockey team ultimately fell 2-1.
