7. QUICK GOALS Two players, each in possession of a ball, set off at the same time. They have to dribble beyond a 4m line and shoot into a goal only 2m wide which is set up 12m away from them. When shooting, the player may choose either to push the ball or to use a slap-shot, that is to say, the hands must be apart on the stick when shooting. The first player who manages to pass his ball between the goal posts (after crossing the 4m line) scores a point. The winner is the player who scores the higher number of points in 5 competitions.
