BHUBANESWAR, India – In their second FIH Hockey Pro League game in the mini-tournament in Bhubaneswar, India, the No. 12 U.S. Women’s National Team faced No. 3 Australia. Unable to capitalize on any chances, USA couldn't respond to the Hockeyroos who tallied in each of the first three quarters for a 0-3 defeat.

Bhubaneswar: The Australian Men’s Hockey Team landed in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday to begin their FIH Hockey Pro League 2023/24 campaign. The hockeyroos finished 7th in the previous campaign with 19 points.
Box Office ticket sales commence for the Rourkela leg of FIH Pro League 2023/24 matches
The mini-tournament in Rourkela will begin on 12th February and end on 25th February
Bhubaneswar: The Kalinga Hockey Stadium in Bhubaneshwar has witnessed some scintillating matches in the FIH Pro League 2023/24 so far. With the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium in Rourkela also scheduled to witness the Indian Hockey Teams in action against some of the best teams in the world soon, Hockey India will begin the sale of offline tickets for the Rourkela leg of FIH Pro League 2023/24 on 8th February.
2024 WMH Masters World Cup Training & Selection Announced
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - In an effort to grow the Masters movement domestically and succeed internationally, the U.S. Masters committee has outlined the training and selection pathway to the 2024 World Masters Hockey (WMH) Masters World Cup (MWC), which will be hosted in Cape Town, South Africa and Auckland, New Zealand based upon age group.

2024 Challenge Dates Announced for Popular Hockey Regionals

Entering the tournament’s 14th year, dates for the 2024 SPAR KZN Schoolgirls’ Hockey Challenge have been announced.
The tournament that began in 2011 has fast become a firm favourite for young hockey players. Close to 75 girls’ first teams from high schools around KwaZulu-Natal will be taking to the various hockey fields to compete in the compact and exciting regionals in the build up to the Grand Finals that takes place in July.
Mixing the annual fixtures up, the six ‘local’ tournaments will take place first, followed by the four ‘outlying’ tournaments in KZN’s picturesque surrounds. Half of the ten regionals are set to roll out in March, with Maris Stella hosting the first tournament, the Durban Central Regional, on Saturday 2 March. The tournament will be held at a new venue for this regional, on Durban High School’s smart blue astro turf.
Back-to-back action in Pietermaritzburg will be hosted by the two defending regional champs. On Saturday 9 March, The Wykeham Collegiate welcome teams participating in the Pietermaritzburg North Regional to their turf, while Pietermaritzburg Girls’ High School hosts teams for the Pietermaritzburg Central Regional at the UKZN fields on Sunday 10 March.
Another action-packed weekend, the Durban North Regional takes place at Curro Salt Rock, in Ballito on Saturday 16 March, the highly competitive Highway Regional heads to Westville Girls’ High School the next day, Sunday 17 March.
Tipping off the April tournaments, New Forest High School wraps up the final ‘local’ challenge, hosting the Durban South Regional at the 3 Schools Trust astro turf on Saturday 6 April. A week later, heading north, Grantleigh College is the venue for the North Coast Regional. The defending champs will host schools from Richards Bay and surrounds on Saturday 13 April. Wrapping up the April action, St Patrick’s in Kokstad will be a hive of hockey activity on Saturday 20 April for the Sisonke and Ugu Regional.
The penultimate tournament, the uMvoti and oThukela Regional travels to Greytown High on Saturday 4 May. Wrapping up the ten regionals, the KZN Northern Regional commences at Ferrum Hoërskool on Saturday 11 May.
All of the regional champions will head to the tournament’s exciting conclusion – the Grand Finals. The top ten teams will take to the turf at St Mary’s DSG in Kloof on 20 and 21 July.
