ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) will formally launch the Pakistan Hockey League here on October 14 as part of its efforts to revive and modernise the country's national sport.

KARACHI: The Indian hockey team could travel to Pakistan later this year, with Islamabad set to host the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Hockey Tournament from November 20 to December 2, 2026.



50th FIH Congress: agenda confirmed



The global hockey community will convene in Doha, Qatar, for the 50th FIH Statutory Congress, scheduled for 24 October 2026. This biennial event will also feature the FIH Award Ceremony - during which the winners of the FIH Hockey Stars Awards 2026 will be revealed -, a National Associations Forum, and an Executive Board meeting.
