National hockey teams on track for quadruple gold medal haul in Thailand

The Speedy Tigers trounced Singapore during today’s Thailand Sea Games semi-final match at the Thailand National Sport University (TNSU) in Chonburi.

THE Malaysian hockey squads dominated the SEA Games semi-finals today (Dec 18), securing spots in four separate finals and putting the country on track for a quadruple gold medal haul tomorrow.

KUALA LUMPUR: Rampaging Speedy Tigers roared to SEA Games glory, tearing Thailand apart 8-0 to clinch the men's hockey gold medal at the Thailand National Sports University in Chonburi today (Dec 19).

India clinched the bronze medal at the FIH Men’s Hockey Junior World Cup in Chennai, ending a nine-year wait for a podium finish, with a dramatic come-from-behind victory over Argentina after a late surge in the final quarter at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Hockey Stadium.



Rosters Announced for 2026 WMH Masters Indoor World Cup

FIH signs Joint Sport Pledge for Inclusion and Protection of Refugees



The International Hockey Federation (FIH) has joined the Global Refugee Forum Multi-stakeholder Pledge on Sport for Inclusion and Protection by becoming a signatory today, coinciding with Honorary IOC President Thomas Bach, who chairs IOC Olympic Refuge Foundation, addressing the delegates of the Global Refugee Forum Progress Review 2025 currently being held in Geneva, Switzerland.
