Faizal to bolster Speedy Tigers in the absence of Marhan

PETALING JAYA: The Speedy Tigers will be strengthened by midfielder Faizal Saari (pic) in the absence of the injured Marhan Jalil for the Nations Cup in Potchefstroom, South Africa, from Nov 28-Dec 4.





Knee Injury-Hit Lalit Kumar Upadhyay Hits Rehab Mode



One of the most experienced players in the Indian men’s hockey team, Lalit Kumar Upadhyay brings so much to the forwardline but he was conspicous by his ‘absence’ in the first four games of the 2022-23 FIH Pro League – he is now also not part of the 23-member Indian squad for the upcoming five Test series tour of Australia.

2022 NCAA Field Hockey Championship Umpires Appointed



COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – After last weekend’s NCAA Field Hockey Tournament play, USA Field Hockey and the NCAA are pleased to share the umpires selected to officiate at the 2022 NCAA Division I and III Semifinals and Finals coming up this weekend. These individuals were selected on their performance during the NCAA First, Second and Thirds Rounds.

Maryland and Liberty were tied at one goal apiece through four quarters and an overtime period in the opening round of the NCAA field hockey tournament. The Terps earned a penalty stroke early in the second overtime, a chance to finally end the game.
