Hockey India names 33-member Indian Women's Core Group for National Coaching Camp

New Delh: Hockey India on Saturday named a 33-member Core Probables Group for the Senior Women's National Coaching Camp, which will be held from 9th April to 13th May 2023 at SAI, Bengaluru. The camp will help players put in the hard yards to fine-tune their strategies and combinations further ahead of the Indian Women’s Hockey Team’s tour to Australia as a preparatory event ahead of the Asian Games in China.





Scotland U21 Men lose close contest away to England

Scotland U21 Men lost 3-1 to England in Loughborough in a very close and competitive second match of a three-game series. The Scots won the opening match 2-1 in a shootout after a 2-2 draw at full time, and the third and final match will be played on Sunday.

Grange start with a win in Vienna



It is so important to start a four team pool competition with a win and Grange did just that by beating Austrian champions Post SV 3-2 at the EuroHockey Club Trophy in Vienna yesterday. However, it is Welsh side Cardiff & Met, who have just secured promotion to the top division in England, that top the pool on goal difference after thumping Phoenix Zytoimyr from Ukraine 8-1.
