Indian Men's Hockey Team start with stunning 15-1 win over Bangladesh in tournament opener

Oman: The Indian Men's Hockey Team began their campaign at the Men's Asian Hockey 5s World Cup Qualifier with a solid 15-1 win over Bangladesh in Salalah, Oman, on Tuesday. For India, Maninder Singh (10', 18', 28', 30'), Mohammed Raheel (2', 15', 24'), Sukhvinder (13', 22'), Gurjot Singh (13', 23'), Pawan Rajbhar (19', 26'), Mandeep Mor (8'), and Dipsan Tirkey (9') were on target. For Bangladesh, Sawon Sarowar (2') scored the sole goal.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian men's Hockey 5s team whipped hosts Oman 10-3 in their opening Asia Cup elite group match in Salalah on Tuesday.

KARACHI: Pakistan trounced Japan 26-1 in their opening match of Asia Hockey5s World Cup Qualifier in Salalah, Oman, on Tuesday.





India won Asian Hockey5s women's championship 2023

Indian women hockey team won the inaugural Asian Hockey5s women's championship defeating Thailand 7-2 in the thrilling final at AI Qaboos Youth Sports Complex, Salalah, Oman.

Malaysia women's hockey team defeated Indonesia in an exciting shootout session 2-1 after the match ended with 4-4 in the regulation time.

The participating teams were divided into two pools according to their rankings:
Elite Pool: India, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan
Challenger Pool: Indonesia, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei, Bangladesh, Iran, Oman
