Dilpreet's Four-Goal Blitz Powers India Past Indonesia in Asian Games Opener
Kakamigahara (Japan): The Indian Men's Hockey Team launched its campaign at the 20th Asian Games with a dominant 13-1 victory over Indonesia in a Pool A fixture at the Kawasaki Juko Stadium on Sunday. Eight different goal-scorers were on target for the Indian team, headlined by Dilpreet Singh's four-goal haul, as India put on a clinical display from the first whistle to the last, announcing their intent as they begin the defence of their continental crown.

Dilpreet Singh starred with four goals while Shilanand Lakra and Sukhjeet Singh securing a brace. Harmanpreet Singh, Rajinder Singh, Mandeep Singh, Jugraj Singh, and Abhishek scored one goal each.
